Local customers who can come to the farm can order at any time from our online inventory. We will assemble your order and contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time.
To expand our reach and to save time, we have set up delivery to certain neighborhoods. We offer direct home delivery to those within our delivery zone. Here is the general procedure:
When you begin placing items in your shopping cart, our system will prompt you to login. If you're a first time customer, simply fill in the new customer form and continue. If you're a returning customer, login with your email address and the password you choose. If you're forgotten your password, use the forgotten password link on the login to instantly retrieve your password.
The information you provide is totally private. We don't share it with anyone. We need it so that we know who you are, where you are located, how to reach you, and how you want your food delivered. Please take a minute to provide complete and accurate information. It will help us serve you more efficiently. You only need to provide the information once if you put it into your account rather than on each order.
Each scheduled neighborhood delivery has a set ordering window -- the time when you can place orders. The schedule shows the window for each location. Our system will only let you place orders when that window is open.
There is no minimum order size. You can order anything you see listed. Quantities are limited to what you see. As orders are placed, the quantities go down instantly. We upload new foods as they become available.
When ordering, you will see a confirmation message appear when your order has been successfully submitted. If you do not see that confirmation, then your order has not been received. You will also receive a confirmation email. If you don't get it, be sure to check your spam folder. It should be there somewhere in your email account.
IMPORTANT: Some items you choose may be priced by weight, so you won't know the exact weight or price until we make up your order. However, our shopping cart system is designed to put in an approximate weight. In most cases, the final total price will be close to the shopping cart total price. When we complete your order, the final confirmation email will have the exact pricing. Orders are usually put together the day before delivery so the final email will arrive during the evening the day before delivery.
We offer Home Delivery for customers within our specified delivery zone. With home delivery, you must leave a cooler in the outside location you specified on your order. Your order will be delivered between 10 am to 4 pm. Pick a location where it will safe and out of the sun. We'll put your order into that cooler. It's also great to save some bubble wrap from packages you receive and keep it in the cooler. We'll use anything you leave in the cooler to further wrap your products. Wrapped frozen products in a cooler in the shade tend to stay nicely frozen.
We reserve the right to reject any home delivery orders which we deem to be outside our delivery zone. We'll do the best we can, but we really do need to keep our home delivery customers clustered. Home delivery is $3.75 per order and does not require a person to be present for delivery. Ordering multiple products spreads the delivery fee across several items so home delivery can be very accesible depending on quantity ordered. Again, there is no minimum order requirement for this option.
Pick Up Location: We will meet between 1:00 - 1:30 pm on delivery day. The delivery location for Fairport/Pittsford is at the Pittsford Park and Ride, Exit 25 off I-490. (The St. John Fisher exit). You can put the following address into your GPS. 90 Fairport Road, East Rochester, 14445. We will meet at the most Southern end of the parking lot (next to I-490) and I will have my blue coolers located behind my vehicle. There is a clear bus shelter that is visible. We will be near the bus shelter structure.
Our food items are sold first come, first served. Our ordering and delivery schedule is posted for the next few months.
Our shopping cart is set up to keep track of available inventory. The inventory is immediately reduced every time an order is placed. We make every effort to keep our inventory current, but there will be issues from time to time. We'll do our best to fill your orders.

You will notice that our shopping cart shows a modest assembly cost for each item. Please realize that charge is necessary to cover our costs for assembling. We have eight different freezer with different cuts on different shelving. Getting the cuts organized and into each bag takes time. Also, products ordered from our vetted farmer friends require us to schedule and meet to pick up sold products. This is where the twenty cents per pound is applied. The added home delivery fee covers the time and gas involved in driving to each and every home or workplace that placed an order.
Please please please tell others in your neighborhood about our service. Anyone you know can order as long as they live in the delivery area or can meet us at that the delivery location and time. We rely on word of mouth advertising to expand our business and keep delivery costs low.
